Notes

> Time Of My Life is the first play by Alan Ayckbourn to be definably set in the north or England. Although the writer has lived in Yorkshire since 1957, he was born in Hampstead and most of his plays are set in the south of England. Since he wrote Time Of My Life, it is now considered that A Chorus Of Disapproval (1984) is set in the north, but it is not stated so obviously as within this play.
>
Time Of My Life is a play which features time running backwards, forwards and in real time within three strands of the play's plot.
